Founder and Attorney Donald Van Dingenen
Mr. Van Dingenen earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. In 2002, he took on a landmark case representing a young bank teller in Lake County. Through his determined advocacy, the case resulted in a historic $26.7 million verdict, the largest civil trial award in the county’s history.
Following this milestone, Mr. Van Dingenen established Van Dingenen, P.A. and launched the 1(800)WORKERS hotline to provide accessible legal help to injured workers across Central Florida.
Partner and Attorney Blaze Schwartz
Blaze Schwartz earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2017, and was admitted to The Florida Bar later that same year. He began his practice as a civil defense attorney, representing insurance companies. This experience provided him with valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and manage claims, knowledge he now utilizes to advocate for injured workers across Florida.
In 2025, he was named Partner at Van Dingenen Law, becoming the first attorney to achieve this honor since the firm’s founding in 2003.
