

Meet Attorney john sung
John C.E. Sung is an experienced trial attorney who specializes in representing injured workers who have sustained on-the-job accidents and injuries.
In the early years of his career in the insurance industry, John was a multi-state adjuster for Nationwide Insurance Company. As an attorney, he has served as a staff counsel for The Hartford, Patriot National, and AmTrust Insurance Company. John was also an equity partner in a large workers’ compensation specialty defense firm, where he represented many different insurance carriers, third-party administrators, governmental entities, and self-insured companies.
A native of Gainesville, Florida, John attended The University of Florida and served as a justice on the Student Honor Court. He graduated from the Frederic G. Levin, College of Law at the University of Florida, which is one of the top law schools in the country and has been practicing law since 1993. John is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, where he is also a Certified Federal Mediator. John has earned the highest “AV” rating from the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell organization for legal ability and ethics.
John has resided in Oviedo, Florida since 1994, and enjoys the arts, tennis, hiking and theme parks.
